44 new apprentices started their training with HAWE Hydraulik in September. They were officially welcomed during yesterday's "Apprentice day" in Munich's "beach 38°". Addressing them in a leisurely atmosphere on sand and between wicker beach chairs, Karl Haeusgen, speaker of the Board of Management, introduced the young trainees to the company, followed by a presentation from the trainers, the works council and the representatives from the youth training committee.
The afternoon was reserved for the apprentices from the 2nd to 4th training year. Among other things, they were given an insight into the process of preparing an image campaign and why HAWE Hydraulik is internationally active. Wrapping up the day, the apprentices with an exam mark of 1.5 or better were awarded a present.
HAWE Hydraulik has a trainee quota of around 10%, so that over 140 apprentices attended this year's apprenticeship day. They learn their trade at the headquarters in Munich as well as the plants in Kirchheim, Freising, Sachsenkam and Dorfen. The vocational training offered covers the following professions: industry and machining mechanic, industrial business management assistant, warehouse logistics expert, IT specialist for system integration.
